Here’s a typical plot outline for the day (we’ll tailor your session to suit your requirements)..

Join us around 8.30am for hot drinks and pastries. We start work at 9am and by 4.30pm, you’ll have made a movie - and learned a lot about yourself and your colleagues. You’ll have had great fun too.

This event will help you to forge strong team bonds and relationships. It will work wonders with your team, colleagues or clients. A perfect ‘away-day’.

08.30 Welcome & team photos
09.15 ‘Warm up’ (nothing physical, just some fun to get us started)
10.00 Complete ‘Belbin’ questionairres
10.30 Briefing for Movie Challenge
10.45 Preparing your film storyboard. You’ll have examples to help you.
11.30 Filming
12.45 Working buffet lunch. We won’t interrupt your creative flow (‘luvvie’)
13.30 Continue film shoot (complete by 14.15)
14.15 Team analysis (using Belbin). Personal styles analysis
15.45 ‘Showtime’: Review of ‘raw’ film material
16.15 Oscar Ceremony; Event summary
16.30 EXIT stage right (or left)

PROMISE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED work with us on this event and they will explain, analyse and interpret your Belbin feedback.

An edited DVD version will be sent to you, indexed and in a jewel-case ready for your display cabinet. Plus ‘out-takes’, photos and other memorabilia.
